Use the parmesan cheese around the rim of your glass. Add all the ingredients over lots of ice and stir well. If you have real parmesan (grated not powdered Kraft stuff) then you can sprinkle some on top as well (the powdered stuff tends to look pretty ugly in the drink).Try the Hot Chili Sauce (the kind in with the rooster on it that's on the table in lots of Thai and Vietnamese restaurants) instead of Tabasco in any drink. I think it's 10 times better.
