2 oz Spiced Rum

10 oz Apple Cider

Captain's Spiced Cider Instructions

Captain's Spiced Cider is a delicious cocktail that combines the warmth of apple cider with the rich flavor of spiced rum. This sweet and spicy drink is perfect for cozy nights by the fire or for entertaining friends.

Instructions:

Pour apple cider into a large saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm.
Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise to the cider.
Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Once cooled slightly, stir in spiced rum.
Pour the Captain's Spiced Cider into mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick or apple slice, if desired.
