              Esther Rantzen Ingredients
- 2 oz (chilled) Ouzo
- 2 oz (chilled) Pernod
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 scoop (shredded) Marmalade
Esther Rantzen Instructions
                                Stir the Ouzo and Pernod into a glass. Add a blob of marmalade and put salt arround edge of glass. Pinch your nose ad down it in one.
                            
                        
                    Best served in a Cocktail Glass.
