Serendipitous Maple Sour
Serendipitous Maple Sour Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Lime
- 1 oz Maple Syrup
- 1 drop Bitter
- 1/2 whole Egg White
Serendipitous Maple Sour Instructions
Add all the ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake the heck out of it. Strain into an old fashioned glass.
Because you are only using 1/2 an egg white it is easier to make two at the same time than only using 1/2 an egg white.
Make sure you don't leave out the bitters it seems like a small detail but it really brings the drink together.
Best served in a Old-Fashioned Glass.
