everyone chills in a circle around a table or floor or something, and the whole deck is equally distributed out to each player. After the deck has been completely dealt, everyone leaves their cards FACE DOWN. Then, the first person simply flips his/her card over and the next person does the same and so on. the drinking comes into play when 2 or more neighboring players' cards are related. EX: If i put down an ace of spades, my neighboor put down an ace of hearts, then we both drink for 14 seconds because Aces=14, then if his neighboor then puts down a 4 of hearts next, we each drink 14 seconds again, and the new person drinks for 4 seconds. easy enough, and you get friggin retarded.
