If you get a non-drinking suit, you don't drink. Either way, only do one card per turn, then it goes to the next person.
After you run through the deck, shuffle again, and turn up the top card again. When a suit besides the original drinking suit is drawn, both those suits become drinking suits. Meaning, if your first drinking suit is Hearts, and the first suit besides hearts to get drawn in the second round is spades, then you drink on hearts and spades.
Repeat for the third suit, and finally, on the fourth round, you drink on every card.
