Champagne Flip Instructions

Shake brandy, cointreau, cream, sugar syrup and egg yolk over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, and carefully fill with champagne. Sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.


Best served in a Champagne Flute.
