3/4 oz Dark Rum

3/4 oz Irish Cream

1 tsp Sugar

5 oz (hot) Coffee

1/2 oz Whipping Cream

Rumba Instructions

Pour liquors into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float cream on top, and serve.

Best served in a Irish Coffee Cup.
