Buck’s Fizz: This is a champagne-based drink, which is prepared by pouring orange juice into glass then top it with champagne and served in a champagne flute with an orange twist as garnish. This drink was first created by one bartender at London’s Buck club and that is how, it got the name “Buck” and Fizz is due to the sparkling wine “champagne”
