Gin fizz is made of gin, limejuice, sugar syrup and soda water mixed and shaken well before it is served. In some cases white of egg, cream and orange flower water are also used to make a little variation. This drink has a striking similarity with another famous Gin based drink, Tom Collins but in Tom Collins, traditionally, sweetened variety of gin is used as opposed to dry gin in Gin Fizz.
