Spencer Cocktail Ingredients

3/4 oz Apricot Brandy

1 1/2 oz Gin

1 dash Bitters

1 pieces Cherry

1/4 tsp Orange Juice

1 twist Orange Peel

Spencer Cocktail Instructions

Shake brandy, gin, orange juice, and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel, top with the cherry, and serve.

Best served in a Cocktail Glass.
