1/2 oz Apricot Brandy

1/4 oz Dark Rum

1 1/4 oz White Rum

3 oz Orange Juice

3 oz Pineapple Juice

Palmetto Instructions

The Palmetto cocktail is a classic drink that combines the smoothness of aged rum with the richness of vermouth. This cocktail originated in the 19th century and is a popular choice for those who enjoy a drink with a bit of history.

To make a Palmetto cocktail, start by chilling a cocktail glass in the freezer. Once chilled, fill the glass with ice to keep the cocktail cold. In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of aged rum and 1 oz of sweet vermouth. Add a dash of bitters for some complexity. Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to combine the flavors.
